- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues

Refunds are NOT available for:

- Completed or delivered work

- Services already in progress with active work done

- Delays caused by incomplete client information or lack of response

- Change of mind after work has started

This applies to all products sold through the TTFL Store, including physical or digital items where applicable.

Refund or Replacement may be issued if:

- The item received is significantly different from the description provided

- The product arrives damaged or defective (if applicable)

- A wrong item was sent due to an error on our part

Refunds are NOT available for:

- Change of mind after purchase

- Digital products that have been delivered or accessed
